I JOHN 5:4
4 For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is
the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.
The scripture above tells us that we
already have the victory. Victory over marital problems, financial difficulties,
witches and wizards, job situations and so on. This is why you don’t have to
live with these problems. Don’t entertain them in any way.
You need to keep the right attitude
towards problems and that is to boot them out of your life. Sometimes, we are
encouraged to pray and ask God to strengthen us because all enjoyments are in
heaven. You don’t have to die before you enjoy, right on earth you can live a
fulfilled life. Think of it, if you are waiting to enjoy your marriage then
forget it because there is not marriage in heaven.
You are a victor and you have learned
how to stay that way. You need to believe, you need to walk in faith. Faith is
what makes good things happen in your life. If you can’t believe for it, you
can’t have it. Faith is the key; believe, have faith.
The bible says that we have ‘peace
with God’, meaning, when you are in Jesus you need to live well and have your
peace of mind. The scripture below is not only about repentance, it embodies
any situation that can make a person have problems with God. Therefore, any
situation that will make you blame God or God have problems with you shouldn’t
be taken for granted.
Romans 5:1 says, "Therefore being justified by faith, we have
peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
"There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked" (Isaiah
48:22).
It is only the wicked or unbelievers
who the bible says would not have peace, for a child of God you have to walk in
peace. If the unbeliever doesn’t have peace you must have peace. They will
drive their cars and you will drive yours but the difference is that yours has
a peace license plate while theirs has a ‘wanted’ lance plate.
In a nutshell, don’t entertain
adverse circumstances; use them like the eagle uses the storm to soar into the
skies.
"...we are more than conquerors through him that loved us"
(Romans 8:37).
You are an overcomer; you are already
victorious live as one.
